For the first time ever, Massachusetts will play host to the 2008 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships. The three day event will be held at Gilette Stadium in Foxboro, MA, home of the New England Patriots and New England Revolution, from May 24-26, 2008 and is expected to draw in excess of 125,000 fans over the three day span. The event features the National Division I Finals on Monday, Memorial Day. This is the only Men’s NCAA Championship which hosts all three Division Championships at one site. Last years Division I final at Ravens Stadium in Baltimore drew over 45,000 fans and this years ticket sales have exceeded the 2007 sales through the same period last year and are expected to break last years record for each of the three days.

In conjunction with the timing of the Lacrosse Championships, LaxVentures USA presents LaxFest USA, a fan oriented lacrosse festival area that maximizes the opportunities around the sport of lacrosse. LaxFest USA will feature lacrosse related vendors and products, product demonstrations, interactive fan zones, food fun and entertainment. LaxFest USA is located directly across RT 1 from Gillette Stadium, the closest non-stadium owned property to Gillette Stadium with direct access to the Stadium and the parking field from our main entrance. Over 125,000 fans are expected to attend LaxFest USA during the three day event. Join the parade of sponsors ready to capture this highly sought after demographic.
